These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by StandUp Strategy (the “Company”) through its website and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Services
StandUp Strategy provides consulting services in marketing strategy and business growth for clients primarily in the healthcare and health tech space. Specific terms for each service provided will be detailed in individual service agreements.
Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Cooperate with the Company to facilitate service delivery.
- Pay all agreed-upon fees for services rendered within the specified timeframes.
Fees and Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any deposits and invoicing schedules, will be detailed in the service agreements. Late payments may result in interest charges, suspension of services, or legal action.5
Confidentiality
Both the Company and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer data, and financial information.
Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials developed by StandUp Strategy remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not copy, share, or distribute this material without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StandUp Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Ontario courts.10. Changes to Terms StandUp Strategy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
